SOFT WASHING

Soft washing is used on delicate surfaces such as stone, stucco, cool-decking, painted surfaces, etc. Soft washing uses a maximum of 700 PSI rather than a power washer that uses 3500 to 4000 PSI. Rather than pressure being the main cleaning agent, soft washing utilizes 12.5% Sodium Hypochlorite and a surfactant to clean a surface. This process protects the integrity of delicate surfaces while not compromising the finished product.

Incorporating targeted cleaning agents into the water stream to break down dirt and organisms living on surfaces, soft washing effectively removes mildew, mold, algae, and dirt.
